Please forgive me for my lack of blogging. It has been a crazy few weeks, mainly because we have just arrived in Canada for our summer stay here and the week before the trip we make every year is always, absolutely, unquestionably INSANE. God is good, I know, because somehow He carried us through it. So we are here in our yellow farm house on the hill. The breeze is blowing the birds are singing, we had breakfast out in the sunshine and I cannot tell you how happy I am to be somewhere that allows me to work less and spend more time with my girls and Sigmund.I get to actually prepare decent meals, water my flowers, read a book (reading secret life of bees again.. Love that book!!!) and feel like a real human being again. Simple pleasures are without a doubt the best things of all.. can I get an amen? I pray you each are well and enjoying some simple pleasures for yourself. God is good.

Canada in the summer. Sounds lovely. My husband and went to Banff on our honeymoon. We went in the winter but would love to go in the summer someday.
